Part of the sister company to Tony & Guy, Essentials is situated in Billericay High Street and has been established there for 3 to 4 years. The environment is clean and contemporary, but what really hits you as you enter this air conditioned salon, is the vibrant and professional image emanating from all members of the team. This starts with the receptionist who provided a warm and friendly welcome. The stylist too was friendly, confident and had really positive body language. The consultation, which refreshingly was undertaken without the interface of a mirror, was really professional and contained lots of useful ideas. Only one minor grumble, but arising as a result of the salon’s popularity, is the space or rather lack of it with 12 cutting stations. We understand, however, there may be plans to remedy this by using space at the rear of the salon to expand.
