Enjoying a prime location in the town centre this contemporary designed salon offers clients acres of space and a friendly and professional approach. Simon Harris, owner of this and three other salons, is one of the most respected salon proprietors in Essex and it is not surprising that he is also one of the busiest. The salon is furnished to a very high standard and although being busy the space and air conditioning provides a cool and relaxed environment. Whilst our reviewer was not overwhelmed with the welcome from the sedentary reception staff, the same could not be said of the stylist. She was friendly, smiling, clear and confident, and came across as someone you instantly felt comfortable with. The 3 to 5 minute consultation felt just right and the stylist both listened and offered helpful suggestions. Prices reflect the quality of this salon, and despite the photographs on the price list, it is otherwise clear and easy to read.
